A little about me.

 

My given name is Nasly Andrea Guzman. I prefer to be called Andrea.

My biggest dream is to work for one of the largest Canadian animation industries and reside there with my daughter.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to visit other countries like Panama. In 2022, I was blessed to live there for two years, where I had my greatest blessing, my daughter.

Thanks to my skill as a manicurist, I was able to land a job there in one of the most sought-after beauty salons in the country. That makes me proud of myself because at the young age of 21 (at the time), I was able to achieve the financial stability I always desired. For multiple reasons, I had to return to my home country, but the dream of becoming a great animator remains.

I currently live in Medellín, Antioquia, and although I haven't been to many cities in Colombia, I consider it to be one of the most beautiful.

Animals are my greatest weakness, especially rodents. Although they're quite demonized, I personally find them beautiful and tender.

Music will always be my unfulfilled dream. I aspire to one day learn to play the piano and guitar. My favorite musical genre is hip-hop, mostly related to the songs of Snoop Dogg (my favorite artist), along with metal and all its offshoots.

Watching anime is one of my favorite forms of entertainment, and I truly admire its creators. For me, Studio Ghibli is my escape from reality. I grew up watching their films since I was little, and now, as I study animation, I love all their creations even more.
