Crime and punishment
While there are many people who deserve to be behind bars, whose crimes were real and in which they played a significant role, we can also find people who have been unjustly framed. But where is the real law?
Just as a rapist can have his sentence reduced for good behavior, or a murderer can be granted house arrest, we must ask ourselves where is the real law, the one that protects citizens from these people.
Given that there are still people serving 20-year sentences for a crime in which they did not participate, as was the case with a renowned Colombian actress, while the main criminals are free, it makes me question who the real criminals are: those behind bars? Or those who approach you "with good intentions"?
The certainty and security that these entities can protect us is very low.
